We would like to clarify that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to USA & Canada.
You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.
Please select the correct shipping you need. (keep in mind this is after our approximated 5 business day processing time)
Priority shipping time is 1-3 days depending on your location.
Priority express shipping time is 1-2 days
Shipping: Once shipped, sonder & wolf is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We will use the address that is provided at the time of check out. If you would like to add insurance to protect against these instances, please notify us before placing your order. If there is a shipping issue, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your package. We will assist you as best as we can, but sonder & wolf does not deliver door to door.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Pre-orders will be on selected items. These orders may take up to several weeks to process + shipping time. As soon as the item becomes available you will be notified by E-Mail (if provided in the checkout process) when your purchase ships out. Pre-Orders will ship separately, if your purchasing other items. All other In-stock items in your cart will ship as normal.
