Does anyone REALLY enjoy placing a photo onto their website? I have always been a behind the scenes girl. This year I am pushing myself to try new things and putting myself out there more. This leaves me vulnerable but authentically me. So I hope you come as you are and stay for as long as you like.
Where did the name come from?
Sitting back thinking about a name for a business is a daunting task. I went on a search to find words that meant something to me. The first word that resonated with me was sonder. It has a few different things in different languages. German = special. Swedish = without. The word sonder is in the urban dictionary but is a relatively new word made up by "The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows." Not sure about the process of making up words but none the less I love this new meaning and couldn't get it out of my brain while brainstorming. I felt like the stars have aligned, and I have been brought together with each and everyone here. We live separate as strangers, but now we are joined together in this next scene to carry on and grow together. This is the same feeling I want to bring into my shop. I'd like to provide products to all to help them grow and build confidence within.

n. the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own—populated with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries, and inherited craziness—an epic story that continues invisibly around you like an anthill sprawling deep underground, with elaborate passageways to thousands of other lives that you’ll never know existed, in which you might appear only once, as an extra sipping coffee in the background, as a blur of traffic passing on the highway, as a lighted window at dusk.
